USB pci card

My USB Pci card does not work. I installed it, Win98 detects it and device manager has a opti has a PCI to USB controller driver but the USB root hub has a ! next to it. Help!

I have a amd k6-300.

Do ya have an option in your Bios to enable USB? if so try that.
