USB on MSI interrupt?

Is there a way to put my USB 2.0 ports into MSI mode vs Line Based, interrupts?

Probably not it's driver and BIOS determined. I recently noticed errata in the Spec Update for Intel Xeon processors (E5 v3) that USB cannot use MSI on that platform due to a bug.
