I have a IBM T23 which only have usb 1.0
I have an external usb 2.0 40gb harddrive which works fine with
the usb 1.0 port except super slow speed.
yesterday, I am trying to connect it to the USB 2.0 PCMCIA card with usb power
and nothing shows up. today I am updating all drivers and bios.
finally the device manager finds the USB mass storage but unfortunetely
it shows "this device cannot start (code 10)."
I checked the computer management, no external harddrive there.
check google says I need to update driver, but already update to the latest.
any idea?
