USB Keyboards not working

None of the USB keyboards are working on my laptop.
The keyboards work in BIOS and in safe mode but in normal mode they stop working once the windows logo comes up during the booting. And if i unplug the keyboard then onwards my laptop hangs and i need to switch it off by long pressing the power button. Plz help 🙁

Using the F8 Key at Boot select Boot Logging option and using selective startup verify at which point (ie, driver) the boot process halts on or when keyboard function ceases then investigate that driver.
