USB keyboard for Mac/PC with macro capability

I have hundreds of computers I have to log in to with the same strong password several times. Does anyone have experience with a USB keyboard that I can program macros into that does not require installing software to work? It must work with Mac OS 10.6+ and Windows 7.

Maybe some keylogger-type USB-USB adapter would also have macros? I'd actually like a macro adapter like this but haven't found one.
