Its not working anyway. I was hoping that someone had any idea what might be going on. My plug and play isnt working at all.

The on chip USB controller is enabled, and so is the mouse and keyboard support as well, couldnt hurt.
In add/remove hardware it specifically says that my USB ports are functional, too. Now, Im wondering if it might have something to do with my voltage issues I am having. Heres a look-see of what my voltages run about: From speedfan 4.06
