I just bought a Gateway branded Media Center remote for $5. I tested it with my brothers MCE computer's receiver and it works, I just need an IR receiver for my computer.
I've looked around and I see that it's possible to build one, but I'm not sure if it would work with the Windows Media Center software and I'm too lazy to put it together (haven't soldered in a while). Does anyone know of any cheap (preferable USB) IR receivers I can get for my computer?
