USB hub on TV?

I am looking at purchasing a new TV with the ability to plug in a USB thumb drive so that I can play videos off of. I was wondering if I can plug in a USB hub or something that way I can have two USB thumb sticks plugged in and working.

Will I run into problems with running more than one USB drive on one port for a TV?

I'd be surprised if the TV has the ability to access more than one USB storage device at the same time.

So I did some research and bought a Samsung smart tv with 2 USB ports. I can read both at the same time. One is a 16GB and the other is a (I think) 128GB thumb drive. The other good thing about Samsung is that it can read a lot of different video formats, unlike other tv's can only read AVI. I am currently waiting for another deal on Samsung tv's and will buy one to replace my basement tv.

Should just get wifi and setup dlna so you can access all your media from every tv.
