USB Header Pinouts

Hey,
Hopefully someone here can help.

I have an MSI K7 Master motherboard. I bought a cheapo case with front USB ports. The cable for these ports is not terminated by standard plugs. Instead, it has each pin as it's own plug. So I have 8 small plugs. I know what each one does.

Here is my problem:

What pins on the motherboard header are which?

I've got labelling of pin 1, but which one is VCC, -Data, +Data and GND for each of the ports?

MSI doesnt list the pinouts either in the printed manual or the updated pdf from their website.

Anyone know if these are standard?

I've had the same problem before with some cases just giving you the single pins, so I know what boat you were in!
