USB Header cables, redux

I just bought a card reader and it has a MOBO header pin, but I've used both of my motherboard headers. So, I'd like to attach the cable from the card reader to a cable to run to the back of my puter to plug into the USB ports back there. I do not see such a cable on any of the web sites I've gone to and I don't know what it would be called. Has anyone else seen one and would that arrangement work?

I don't know that that exists. I do know that you can buy USB add in cards that have internal USB headers. At only 10$ on newegg, might be cheaper than a cable....plus it gives you a true USB hub, with full 500ma on each port.
