exactly as titles states... im gana start checkin out some usb hdtv tuners for portability ease between computers or whatnot...
but would appreciate any input some may have on units theve used or tested... id like it to be cheap, but i always go for the best bang for the buck, so i wont it to work well but not be the most expensive.
