USB/HDMI computer with remote?

Not sure the correct terms for this, but I want to plug in one of those computers on a USB or HDMI stick into my TV. For Time Warner cable you can watch TV via a web browser.

So I'm wondering if you could set one of those PCs on a stick to load up a web browser and then change the channel with a remote.

Anyone have any idea?

Thanks!

A Roku Stick would be simpler/ easier/ cheaper since TWC has a Roku app...

If just for the gee-whiz factor- probably with a Harmony hub remote setup.

Sweet thanks I didn't know that and I have a couple of Roku boxes, but mainly just for watching Netflix.
