USB hard drive in win 98

I have been trying to use a usb enclosure witha seagate HD as a external hd in win 98 but 98 will not list it. There are no generic drivers I can find. My memory stich works but it had a specific driver for win 98. Any ideas? thanks

Is that Win 98 or Win 98SE? If Win 98, I think you may be out of luck. If 98SE, buy an enclosure that works with 98SE. There are plenty that do.

I use a memory stick in this system. I needed to install drivers but it works fine. the enclosure supports SE but lists no drivers.
