USB flash to SATA port

I was wondering if anyone has done it.

I'm thinking maybe get one of those Corsair Flash voyager 8GB USB flash sticks.

Buy a USB 2.0 to SATA150 cable or adapter (if they're available).

Then have Windows detect it as a discrete drive.

Then either use it to put pagefile and/or install 3 to 4 of my favorite games for quick load times.
