USB Flash Drives For Storing Sensitive

I am in search of a flash drive storing sensitive data (e.g. passwords, source codes) for a small business. I am looking for (in order of importance):
-Military Grade Encryption; including automatic deletion of data [Must have]
-Portability; e.g. keychain or bracelet
-Durability
-Reasonable pricing


I've looked the IronKey and Kingston DataTraveler Vault - Privacy Edition, however, I have not seen nor used them. If anyone has an opinion about those items or recommendations for other devices or software, please post!

Edit: Seems like the Kingston drive has a cap that's easily misplaced.

When I worked for a state government office, the Kingston DataTravelers were the ONLY thumb drives allowed. Any other (non-encrypt-able) drives were confiscated on sight. These were rock solid when I used them for transporting HIPPA-related material.

They're not cheap (the more storage you demand), but they're worth the security, if you happen to lose them.

I, personally haven't used the IronKey, but I've heard good things about them as well. You really can't go wrong with either one. Just depends on your storage needs and how much you want to pay for one.

I think that it is a MAJOR, gaping flaw in the USB mass-storage protocol that it doesn't support a "Secure Erase" command. Especially considering the nature of flash drives.
I wouldn't use flash, period, if you have any data that shouldn't be recovered.

I believe that's why the OP wants something that's encrypted.

Are there softwares/hardware that would fit my needs aside from flash drives? I've also interested in learning if it's possible to use a 2.5" dortable drive for the same purpose. Would this be "more secured?"
