USB Flash Drive just stopped working

I've got a memorex USB flash drive that I've been using for a while, and just recently it stopped working right. Now when I plug it in it pops up a dialogue box saying "please insert a disk into drive E:" rather than opening the drive.

Anyone know why this might be? Any way to fix it? Thanks
