Can you right click on it and change through the properties? Or try it under Settings -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Managment.

Well OBVIOSLY windows.

To answer the question:

A. Go in your BIOS and disable normal FDDs
B. Uninstall the USB FLoppy
C. Reinstall USB floppy.
