USB - Ethernet adapter with native drivers

Simple question, I need a USB to ethernet adapter that XP will pick up without need for drivers. I had an ADS brand one years ago, it died, and now i have a linksys that is working fine but I need one that doesnt require a driver disk in XP.

Im a tech, and sometimes "doing it right" is neither the easiest or most effective solution. Saves temendous amounts of time when you can just plug in the adapter and your good to go.
 
My old Netgear EA101 & Farallon USB 1.1 nics do not require drivers in 2K or XP.
