usb/dvd windodws 10 install

Hey Guys, I want to purchase this motherboard GA-H170M-D3H DDR3, however it says that I need to go to the website, download and install the USB instillation tool. for windows 7. My question is, I have windows 7 on a DVD, would I be able to install windows 7 with the DVD ?,or does the board only allow USB instillation....

That is to load USB drivers so you can actually use a USB mouse/keyboard during Windows 7 installation. Windows 7 installation without that tool would not load USB drivers, and render them useless.

The motherboard also has a PS/2 port, so you could also connect a PS/2 mouse/keyboard there if you have one.

EDIT

I see in your title you state Windows 10, but in the body you say Windows 7. If you are installing Windows 10, you don't need the tool. Windows 10 will load the USB drivers.
