USB drives @ 16GB cell-type question...

I am trying to decide on a flash drive since I have a free $50 coupon from Mwave. Don't really need anything, so I am considering a flash drive. I just read that all 16GB drives have the slightly inferior MLC (multi-layer cell) flash, but which 8GB drives still have SLC (single-layer cell)type?

I think I saw it on the Corsair forums. Yes I know it may be biased, but I don't know. They claim that SLC is too expensive to make large and cheap flash drives so that all the makers have gone to MLC.
