USB Drivers messed up

For some reason, I can not install or use any plug and play devices with my laptop anymore. When I insert a new plug and play usb flash drive it will recognize it and try to install the drivers but then it will say can't find drivers. I also tried to use my HP printer and I have the drivers cd and installed everything but it still won't work.

There something wrong with my USB drivers or something. Its not the USB port hardware because I am able to use devices that I installed when I just set up windows like my microsoft mouse and my primary usb flash drive.
 
maybe ur operation system has a error, reinstall it, try.

or maybe ur usb slot has not enough power, maybe it is because of bios set or hardware problem.
