USB drivers for WinNT?

There are a few USB drivers for NT. Does anyone know if there's a driver that will let me use a Sandisk thumb drive on an NT machine?

as far as iirc nt4 does not support it either, MSKB 196661 acutally says that there is no support, officially anyway. but that does not rule out any user hacks

A few years ago SGI released a series of PC-based workstations that ran NT and had USB support, but it was their own version of NT. Don't know if you could get a copy of that or not.

Yes I know NT doesn't officially support USB, but if you look at the link I posted, there have been some USB drivers created for NT. I figured it was more than likely that I couldn't use my thumb drive, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't a hack or something.

Would be just easier to upgrade to Win2000

You should try to persuade your employer to upgrade to Win2K. NT is not even being supported with updates anymore. And Win2K is basically updated NT, and Win2K should be backwardsly compatible with your existing NT apps.

HTH.

Some are using 2K, some even XP (on the peeps that got new PC's). But it's so large, it's a slow process. And certain groups get upgrades before others. Basically I'm on NT for awhile.
