USB Driver Opti 82C861 from Belkin

Ok I feel really dumb right now. I couldn't get a printer going on the LPT1 with the centronix printer chord soooooo I go to pricewatch and scoop up a PCI to USB card.

Its boxed from belkin. The card is ( Opti 82C861 ) I have XP on this box thats a k6-2 300mhz.

XP finds a driver but it says "Device cannot start" under properties of the card in Device Manager.

So I google it up for a good driver and theres nothing to be found and check this CRAPOLA http://www.opti.com/

They cant have the dencency to run a small ftp for drivers. Or even a webpage.... what should I do drive to that address and give them a floppy to shove up thier .... ok anyways thats what ya get for bein cheap on pricewatch.

Does anyone know a solution to this OPTI 82C861 ?

Thanks for youre alls time! Have a good day I won't Lol.
