USB driver for dos?

Is there a DOS USB driver that I could use to get serial or paralell acess from pure DOS?

I need a USB driver available in DOS so I can use a cheap USB to serial convertor.
 
Very unlikely.

The only DOS drivers I've ever seen are mass storage (AKA USB HDD) that Symantec Ghost offers to install so you can ghost to/from a USB drive.
