USB devices will not install under Win2k Srvr

I am getting "This driver cannot be installed because the data is invalid" errors when trying to install my usb drivers. I have an Epox 8hka motherboard and tried to use the VIA 4 in 1 drivers .33 version and just tried the .35 (newest version) and am getting the same error. Anyone seen anything like this?
