USB devices not working

I recently aborted an accidental upgrade to windows 10 and reverted to 7. However, after the BIOS splash screen the windows icon shows up and everything attached to a USB port powers off. Wireless or not. Front panel and mobo ports. Obviously I can't do anything in windows but BIOS works. Any ideas?

EDIT: Fixed itself. No idea.
