Ok, so I have a service called "VOICE STICK" that is a USB drive that when inserted should display two drives. One called VS-ROM is the application, a "fake" CD-ROM with an auto run setting file and the software. The second, VS-DRIVE should also appear with a small amount of storage. I only have a C:\ on this laptop, so it can't be the case that the drive letter is already taken. The VS-ROM drive does not appear. Strange... ideas?

I've figured out how to get the software to run, there is a hidden folder on the VS-DRIVE that contains the software. Apprently it is a preconfigured copy of a popular VOIP software called soft phone. I'm studying abroad for a month and I've tested the software on friends computers and university computers and it works perfectly. Only on my computer it will not be able to connect... I've closed security and firewall software.
If you guys could help me solve this problem I'd be VERY thankful!
