Question USB Device over current status detected

I would just like to know what kind of cable this is that came with my keyboard. As soon as I plugged it in, my PC shut down. When I tried booting again, I got a message USB Device over current status detected

I tried another USB C cable and it worked fine. I have never seen a USB C like this one
