USB Device disconnect in Win2k Server

I have noticed a strange problem with Windows 2000 server...if I leave it idle for a time, it seems to disconnect my USB hub, as my mouse and modem no longer work, and there is a message that I have unplugged a device...anybody have any clues on this?

Check each device in Device Manager. There should be a setting in there that says something like "allow computer to shut down device to conserve power". Make sure this is unchecked. Also make sure you are at the latest service pack level, which at this moment is SP2. SP3 should be out shortly...

I don't see this option under device manager. Where might it be? It is not part of the right click pop up either.
I do have SP2 installed.
