USB bracket for low-profile case

I have a low profile case with a microATX motherboard that has headers for 6 additional USB ports.

In order to access these ports, I wish to install brackets to the rear of the case. Such brackets exist (2- or 4-port) for standard-sized cases. Anyone know where to get the same thing but for a low-profile case?

Someone asked 6 years ago in this forum, but no answer could be found...

Thanks in advance

Hello fabbo, and welcome to Anandtech Forums.

I don't recall ever seeing such an item, though it certainly sounds useful. You can try checking with e-tailers that specialize in mini ITX and embedded systems. They do exist, because I found one on eBay by searching for the words "low profile USB." Strangely it was the only hit, while actual low profile USB PCI cards were quite common.

Thank you Zap, that's exactly the right item (well, the ideal would be 4-port, but it would be hard to squeeze it in so little space, so 2-port is OK). Now it's a matter of Googling to find a retailer.
