USB -> Bluetooth converter?

I want a bluetooth ergonimic keyboard. Apparently they dont exist. Is there a way to convert USB -> Bluetooth?
 
To my knowledge, you can add Bluetooth capability to your Desktop by adding a USB device. But I have not seen a device that converts a USB device directly into Bluetooth, such as a PS2 to USB converter.
