USB Bluetooth Adapter Issues

I have a Orange Micro USB Bluetooth Adapter and for some reason, when 8/10 when windows starts or when i try and use the device it gives me the error "Bluetooth license check failed. Please make sure that the Bluetooth device is plugged in/turned on, the device you are using is licensed for this software and that your licence has not expired."

WTF is it talking about?
