USB BIOS Flashing and Older Motherboards

Does anyone know if you can flash the BIOS of a Asus A8N-SlI Deluxe using an USB flash drive?

If not, can you use a CD?

(I don't have a floppy drive.)

NVM, yes, you can use a CD; just gotta make a bootable disc
