so imagine I have a random USB device (in this case it is a 3rd party game pad) ... since it's 20 bucks I dont think it's going to have any sort of APIs that I can peruse. Anyways any ideas on how I can use this device in one of my own applications? This is going to be in Visual C++. Thanks.
