USB-A female backplate connector to USB-A male?

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a prebuilt USB cable that has a USB-A Female backplate-style plastic block connector on one end (similar to this with the metal plate removed: http://www.frozencpu.com/usb-02.html) and on the other end is a standard USB-A Male connector? I know I could probably cut and solder my own but I'm wondering if anyone sells prebuilt cables such as this.

Hi, those are just standard extension cables... What I'm looking for is a 10' length of USB cable... On one end it will be a standard USB-A Male connector. On the other end, it will be a USB-A Female connector with the entire plastic block connector with 2 screws like in the link I originally posted. Sorry if my original post wasn't descriptive enough.
