Not onboard, but ASUS does have an upgrade card that does it. Requires two molex connectors. This is the main problem you'll see, getting all that power to the mainboard and to that port. Power wires are very noisy.

5 volts isnt a very efficient way to transmit that much power. You're much better off using 12V. What do you have that needs 100W at 5 volts?

USB 3.1 doesn't use 5v for that. It uses 20V. 5V is good for 10W on USB3.1

I wonder how thick those 100 watt usb cables are going to be, some cheap cables can barely do 10 watts.
