USB 3.0 Drive

I have a 32 GB Patriot and it's been working as I expected. Your motherboard's USB 3.0 controller might have a bigger performance impact than the sticks themselves. (Some boards today have "Boost" setting for USB 3.0 in the BIOS and they indeed are a bit faster than first generation USB 3.0 boards)

In any case, you will feel the performance improvement over USB 2.0. Among different sticks, I don't know if you can really perceive a difference unless any of them has a major flaw.
