USB 2 Issue (Drivers?)

I reformatted my computer recently and reinstalled Windows XP Pro. Before I reformatted, the USB2 on my computer worked fine for charging my iPod, running my scanner, etc. Now, after the reformat, the computer won't recognize the USB ports as USB2. Whenever I plug any USB2 device, it says "this device can perform faster"

I assume this is a motherboard issue. I have a Soltek Motherboard (never doing that again) with an Intel 915P chipset and ICH6 Southbridge. Any ideas?

USB2 support for XP is provided by at least SP1. if you don't have any update, then USB2 won't work.

I'm going to have to check the BIOS, but I have SP2 installed and I downloaded the latest drivers I could find from the Intel website, so that shouldn't be it either. I guess it's the BIOS...

Vanvock wins, it was the BIOS. I actually was able to enable Hispeed instead of Full Speed for it, so now my USB stuff is faster than it was before... Thanks guys!
