USB 2.0 not High Speed?

I built a computer some time ago (ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe, see my rig for more details). When I connect my camera (Rebet XT) to the USB port, Windows XP (SP2) reports that the device could perform faster if it were High Speed. I thought I had High Speed USB 2.0. What is going on here?

any help appreciated.

thanks

Never mind. It seemed like the USB 2.0 drivers were not installed (checked Device Manager). I am not sure why. The ASUS CD did not install it when I installed the drivers initially because it said that Windows XP SP2 does not need it. I updated the drivers manually and now it works fine.
