USB 2.0 Flash Drives - Choices, choices...

Well, it has come down to these two contenders:

Corsair FlashVoyager 4GB

and the...

OCZ Rally2 High Performance Dual Channel 2GB

One has a 4GB capacity but runs slower in read/write speeds and the other is 2GB in capacity, but runs faster in read/write speeds than the 4GB. Which would you choose, and why?

That web site doesn't give a lot of specs on the OCZ Model
The Corsair specs look good to me .. it is also a well known
brand and 4GB for $91 is not too bad of a price, if you need
that much space .... I think the 4GB would be the better value
as the other unit is $65 for 2GB of space

OCZ is offering a $12 rebate on the flash drive. You can get the OCZ flash drive for $64 at Monarch Computer, with $1.99 shipping. So the total cost would be something like $54

I am just torn between performance (OCZ) and storage (Corsair).

you really need to go with sandisk cruzer.

That corsair is waterproof.. some guy left it in the washer and it came out fine.. w/o drying

heres a review that also tested the water proof theory but he let it dry out

Thats my first pick.. but I already have 2 1 gigger.. so ill wait for the price to drop on that a little.

After fooling around with a few flash sticks, I'd go with the Corsair FlashVoyager, because:

1) Simple construction - no moving parts, not even a silly write-protection button (don't get me started...)
2) Solid and rugged
3) Running out of space is worse than a little waiting

Never tried the OCZ, though.
