:( I dont get espn 2

And thats what team USA gets for not even asking Iverson. He was the only one in the 04 who was playing his heart out. Lebron and Melo were d1cking around and no one else really cared.

It's not the rest of the world catching up on talent, it's that the rest of the world is past us in organization and utilizing fundamentals. The US still has the most talented players, just not the most organized.

I think it's a combination of that and 'something'. The 'something' is the feeling of desire towards winning over your opponent. Let me break it down for you...

USA Player (aka gamillionaire), 'Hi son, we just beat Greece!'

Greece Player, ' Hi son, we just beat the USA!'

Now, I wonder which one had more invested in the game. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that if you throw random international team X in the NBA for a full season then the results would be different. They would be playing against teams that have had a chance to play with one another for a good amount of time as opposed to the teams we are throwing at there now. They are basically glorofied All Star teams in that they at least practice with one another a few times.

Team work>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Talent

It's the same with any sport. I don't really watch Basketball, but the same thing happened in my preffered sport Hockey. On paper both the Canadian and US Men's Hockey teams were Gold medal contenders in the recent Olympic games. Both failed to even medal. Even in the NHL no-name players do very well when they work as a team. A team of individuals is not a team at all.
