USA Today uses social media to identify some 4500 Trump Golf Club Members

USA Today is saying they tracked down members using different public sources in an attempt to help identify conflicts of interest that might exist. Trump's golf courses bring in upwards of $600 Million annually. What they found were a large number of Lobbyists and CEOs which in itself is unsurprising.

Not sure how I feel about this. The clubs don't make their member lists public. There's really no way to identify for sure when people became members. It's wouldn't be surprising at all for these people to have been long term members before it became politically beneficial.

On the other side, Trump has been incredibly secretive on the source of his money so conflicts that might exist aren't easily identified.

It is only alarming outside of the reality that the owner and chief profiteer of these businesses is the actual POTUS. Different standards obviously apply. This probably wouldn't hold water if the Trump had actually divested himself completely, but he is currently using his position as POTUS to directly profit through his various business enterprises, and he is doing nothing to hide this fact.

It really is a form of laundering bribe payouts through his hotels and golf courses. But it's wealthy MotU people doing it, so we call it funny names like "incentives" or "lobbying."

I'm sure USA Today and Gannett are both controlled by George Soros and other "globalists" hell-bent on exposing the identities of these upright American citizens in order to promote retributions, reparations and wanton mob violence! Antifa!

Hey all those people are proud of him. They should be happy to be associated with such a fine organization.

Yeah! That's why all the Antifa thugs wear masks, so they can be identified!

This guy was equally concerned when that r/the_donald anti-semite got doxxed. Understandable why the sorts calling for muslim genocide are desperate for anonymity same as those trying to bribe dear leader.

I expect all the conservatives crying about corrupt Clinton Foundation to be here any minute to tear into Trump for this.
They were too busy worrying about the canary in the window and completely ignored the wolf the door.
