I got 98% with 1 mile average error in 350sec. I didn't realize I was being timed so I took my time. I suspect I could have shaved off about 60sec or so if I tried again. Nevada got it for me. I was close, just not close enough apparently.

Edit: 2nd time around I got a 94% with 6 mile average in 162 sec.

Edit: You'll think I'm lying, but no. I was actually the third best in my state geography bee, and I got screwed on a question. That means I'm probably top 100 in the nation 🙂
 
First try for Europe was 77% correct, 125 mile deviation. The spec(small) nations like Liechtenstein really screwed me up.

I would think I would've done quite a bit worse if they had given me the states in a different order. I got a nice mix of coastal and interior states. If I had gotten more interior states early on, I'm sure I would've been a lot less accurate.

EDIT: Tried Europe. Not so good. 77%, 146 mi avg error, 337 sec. Those pesky little tiny countries killed me - Malta, Lichtenstein, Andorra. I was also quite off on Slovakia (got it early) and Slovenia. Took a lucky guess on Moldova.
