Agreed. Sweden will be deadly if they can get behind Japan's defense. I'd bet their forwards are a good bit faster on an all out sprint.
 
Anyone else get the vibe that maybe Sweden took this game lightly?

Japan seems to be out hustling Sweden in this game for sure.

I think Sweden is the better team, certainly faster but they don't seem to be forth the same effort as the Japanese.
 
Sweden has been playing bunker ball (look at all the yellows jerseys in the box), despite only having been tied...and now losing.

Maybe they thought this game would be a breeze and boozed it up last night. Oh well, I'm rooting for Japan anyway. 😀
 
Japan is playing very technical soccer. Really amazing to watch their ball control and how they work the ball around.

Sweden really is not playing well.


Japan could be very dangerous to the US on Sun at this rate. The US will certainly have the edge in goal and in the box on the offensive with Abby heading everything in the air. Could be very interesting

Wow impressive performance by Japan. Sweden has 3 mins to make a 2 goal miracle to happen. Not really possible.

What I like most is even with a 3-1 lead Japan is still pushing up field trying to score and not just play keep away at midfield.

Good job Japan!

USA v Japan for the final on Sunday.

Wow, between the stories for both countries, this could be a decent movie. Japan dominated this match. It's like Sweden didn't even show up. Maybe they went boozing last night.

The USA has to be the favorite.

Have beat Japan 3 times this year.

Plus a better goalie and a ton of size over the Japanese. We just need to make sure we play smart.
