US video cards

I live in Australia and the voltage is 240 vol from the power points. I want to buy a video card off Ebay and its from the US. Would it work in my computer.

Yes.
Internally everything runs on the same power, 12v/5v/3.33v.
Power supplies are the only things that might be problems, but since you have an Aussie PSU, it doesn't matter, since it will convert the plug power to standard power.

YES it will work fine...I buy stuff from the US all the time for my PC's.
