I think he meant they showed the bomb and not the actually explosion. They are saying video maybe tonight. I would think they would release it around the evening news.

 
Um, not sure if anybody else mentioned this yer since there's a bunch of replies in this and other threads, but during WWII the most commonly used bomb was the British made "Grand Slam Bomb" that weighted 22,000 lbs. Link

But it's so much more fun to make a fuss when those dastardly Americans do something, right?

Who cares? MOAB has double the explosives and weighs about 1,000 lbs less. Hell, the explosive MOAB uses is more powerful pound-for-pound, too.
But it's so much more fun to make a fuss when those dastardly Americans do something, right?
I see a number of people interested in seeing the test explosion. Not sure where the "dastardly Americans" part comes from.
