it'll be interesting to see what the practical impact is, but it seems like a legitimate use of "thanks, Obama!"

I think this is a bad idea and a step in the wrong direction. The UN is not the agency needed to keep the internet functioning smoothly.

as much as i dont support obama,i think alot of the people who just automatically blame him dont have a very good understanding of how things work.you cant just say its obama's fault when the house or congress controls stuff to,i mean i know obama thinks he can rule the country with an executive order but here in reality it doesnt work that way

This decision is made by the Executive branch, not legislative.

That means it's all on Obama.
