US Death Toll in Iraq War reaches 500 as 3 are killed today

I figure 500 x 3 is probably closer to the real death toll.

How so? Do you really think people wouldn't notice if there were 1500 dead soldiers rather than 501 as is truly the case???

Put the tinfoil hat away.

The 500 dead are lucky, its the thousands of injured missing legs, arms, parapalegics, quadrapalegics, brain-dead, not to mention the wounded and dead Iraqi's I pity. What a waste of life.

Here you go. No tinfoil necessary.

Here

And here

Yes there have been thousands of deaths in Afghanistan that the government has managed to hide. :disgust:

Ther have been around 100 US troops killed in Afghanistan total and the majority of those were in accidents not a result of hostile fire.

You need to stop believeing every crackpot news item you read.

If people who suspect their governement does not always tell the truth wear tinfoil hats does that mean that people who always trust their government wear dunce caps?

As anyone who has been here will tell you, I of all people do not always trust the government usually in regards to motivations and plannig rather than actual actions, but somethings are obviously ridiculous. ..hence the tinfoil hat.

Oh yeah, the presiden knew about 9/11 and Dick Cheney has a flying saucer in his basement.

Do you have any exact numbers or sources for these "thousands of injured missing legs, arms, parapalegics, quadrapalegics, brain-dead."

Most of my injured guys coming back are all light shrapnel from homemade explosives or compression from shot-down helicopters with a broken arm here and there for rolled vehicles.

Oh yeah, besides numbers and sources, do you know which units these amputees are coming from?

Again, very curious...
