He joined a group whose goal is to kill American Citizens EN MASS .. and on September 11,2011 performed an act tantamount to declaration of war.

yes. they should be executed. on site.
they gave up DUE PROCESS of American law, when they declared war on the united states.

So the same thing applies to domestic terrorists? You would be okay, with the US executing anyone associated with domestic terrorists without due process of law?

if their goal is stated mass murder of american citizens, and they have already carried out an attack which killed multiple americans.

yes.

those who live by the sword... will die by the sword.

you don't wanna be killed hanging out with your 'buddy' who happens to be in a mass murder group dedicated to killing americans... then dont fucking hang out with him

if your argument is "hey.. i was just hanging out with my buddy" ... get some new friends.

Domestic terrorists are very different. We can obtain a warrant and raid wherever they are since they are since they on US Soil. At the same time, I would have no problems if the team ended up having to kill him.

I suggest you take a look at this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Qaeda#Designation_as_terrorist_organization

Do you think this guy should send a letter to each of these nations and let them know he wants to attack them as well? Should it be notorized?

Too bad King George III didn't have assassin drones to bomb the crap out of people, far away from England, that didn't do as he told them to.

where are you spending your time.

if you're spending it in israel... you're israeli.

if you're spending it in america.. you're american.

"spending time" .. has nothing to do with joining another nations army.

So any armed force not regulated by the US government is "the enemy"?

And please define "non-america".

Could you please point to a law that backs up your statement?

He cannot because he's wrong.

Joining a foreign army can cause you to lose US citizenship, but it is not automatic.

Current US law says that foreign military service will result in loss of US citizenship if the person served as an officer (commissioned or non-commissioned) or the foreign military force is engaged in hostilities against the US; the service was voluntary; and (most importantly) the person intended to give up his US citizenship.

And no terrorist organizations do not equal a foreign military under the law.

Im relying on law. You are relying on what you pull out of your ass.

You've been wrong multiple times in this thread, about denaturalization and about foreign military service stripping you of citizenship.

There are many ways to reach the end goal. Some are permissive, some are not. The Obama admin is incompetent because they choose the later.

There were other ways to kill a US citizen, but having a secret panel that can hand out death sentences without due process runs afoul of the US Constitution. They SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A PANEL. Said panel is UNCONSTITUTIONAL in every fucking way.

They should never have directly targeted him. He should have been collateral damage. Plausible deniability, etc etc. The Obama admin is incompetent. They had numerous options that they could have used, instead they created a fucking unconstitutional death panel. What the fuck do you not get.

I am not fucking sad to see the terrorist dead. I have a problem with the procedures they uses, said death panel, etc.

and you are arguing that the terrorist asshole deserves protection under the us constitution.

i'm stating that anyone who decides to wipe their ass with the constitution deserves NONE of its protections.

now... considering the terrorist shit stain is dead... i think i win.

He was a terrorist just like his father. Being a US citizen doesn't give you a free pass to attack us from other countries.

And that has nothing to do with the constitutionality of obamas secret death panels.

You are living in a fantasy land if you think said panels are constitutional.

Killing in self-defense is a basic human right, which trumps the Constitution.
