we probably should have known all about the group I bolded in the quote... that is under investigation for stealing 8.5 billion?

Do we really no longer care how much money gets stolen from us by the military and pork in the budgets

Also.. why can't an american company provide these services.. why give 2.2 billion to anyone other than ourselves.. it is after all .. US taxpayers money being given to them
